The Erasmus Trustfonds, is an independent organization and not part of the EUR. By appling for a grant of Erasmus Trustfonds, the applicant consent that the information regarding the content and status of the application and or the applicant itself being shared with the Erasmus University Rotterdam ( EUR) and its faculties / institutions.
We kindly request all applicants to completed the form(s) with the information to the best of their knowledge and explicit consent to Erasmus Trustfonds and or EUR to process and retain their data as supplied on the application form.
Erasmus Trustfonds and or EUR will process the data in accordance with the legal requirements and within the purpose of the organisations goal. Data will be used and securely retained by these parties in order to process the application, to evaluate the project and to process future learn, earn, return matters and for Erasmus Trustfonds publicity and the annual report. We will not give the data to any third parties if permission has not been granted by (former) applicant.
These are additional guidelines on eligibility for grants that are available from the Erasmus Trustfonds:
All EUR students, irrespective of nationality, are eligible to be considered for funding.
The Erasmus Trustfonds does not accept applications from individual undergraduate and postgraduate students who are NOT fulltime registered for a course at the EUR. As of juli 2016, PhDs who are visiting (gastvrijheidsovereenkomst) or participating in a scholarship programm from an external organisation are not eligible. Only full time PhDs who will graduate at EUR are welcome to apply for a grant.
Please note that the Erasmus Trustfonds does not offer scholarships to students and does not have grants available for post-doctoral positions, or for visiting or exchange students. Furthermore the Erasmus Trustfonds does not have grants available for part-time postgraduate degrees and part-time undergraduate students.
Individual applicants must be intending a course at the level of postgraduate at the EUR (Masters or research postgraduate (such as PhD).
Applicants may study any subject currently available at the EUR.
Application and Admission
Also check the information on application deadlines and required documents. The Erasmus Trustfonds encourage applicant to meet all the grant requirements of the Erasmus Trustfonds as early as possible. This will help to prevent any misunderstandings and disapointments.
All EUR students have to follow and use the Erasmus Trustfonds application procedures and forms.
